Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary assets (logos, images, text), and access to relevant platforms (Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.
Payment terms are agreed upon at the start of each project. As we provide digital services and labor-intensive creative work, refunds are generally not provided once a project phase has been completed or a campaign has been launched. However, if a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back through the original payment method.
Unless otherwise stated, Kaira Technologies owns the intellectual property rights for the strategies, code, and designs developed during a project until full payment is received, after which ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your business data and using it only for the purposes of managing your marketing campaigns.
Kaira Technologies will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of our services, including search engine ranking fluctuations or ad performance, which are subject to third-party algorithms (Google, Meta, etc.).
